SDS Visa checklist for Canada (Online)

Passport size photograph - 1 photo (45mm * 35mm, white background & 70% face should be visible.) Also for female candidates ears should be visible in the photograph.
Original passport + Old passport (If have)
The original form is given by the hospital where you have taken a medical appointment. Get a photocopy of the same for your reference.
Parent's Details (Date of Birth, Occupation Details) - If deceased then death certificate.
If student is below 18 years, then birth certificate (Language - English).

Payment Details:

VFS courier charges - INR 1300/- to be paid at VFS office.
Visa fees to be paid by Debit (Axis, ICICI, HDFC with international transaction) or Credit Card -CAD 150 + CAD 85 (Biometric fees). Total fees = CAD 235 = approx. INR 14000.
Bring Debit/Credit card & it should be Visa or Mastercard only.

Statment of purpose (SOP)
IELTS score card
Valid Passport
10th & 12th Marksheets & Passing certificate
All Diploma/Bachelor/Master's marksheets (Including Backlogs, ATKT marksheets)
Diploma/Bachelor/Master's Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate
If work experience: Appointment letter, Experience letter, Bank statement, Salary Certificate, Salary slip, Form-16.
For married student: Marriage certificate (English), Child's birth certificate
Letter of acceptance
Fee receipt of College/University.
GIC receipt.
IT returns of Parent's for last one year.
